Our stay at The Sanchaya was truly worth every penny. The room was exceptional, with luxurious amenities that we still miss. The location right by the beach was perfect, and the staff treated us like royalty throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been better with more variety of dishes.

During our recent stay at a gem of a resort, we were greeted by the management upon arrival, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The level of service surpassed our expectations, with friendly staff who always greeted us by name and were eager to assist. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, boasting fine, white sand that was clean and pristine. The villas were equally lovely, providing a clean and comfortable haven for relaxation. our experience was truly exceptional.

During our stay, we found the transfer process from the nearby airport to be simple and well-organized. The estate was beautiful and well-maintained, adding to the luxurious atmosphere of our trip.

Exceptional service, beautiful oasis with luxurious rooms and stunning public areas. Phenomenal meals with a variety of cuisines. Relaxing and pampering experience, like staying at a private estate. Exceptional property.

The location of the hotel was really great, as it was very close to the ferry terminal. There were two restaurants available, and we particularly enjoyed the Thai restaurant, which served delicious Bangkok street cuisine. Our room was comfortable and had a beautiful view, especially from the balcony. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of amenities.

The hotel was quite expensive, and some amenities like the spa treatments were too costly for us to try out.

The Sanchaya's beautiful estate, exceptional staff, amazing service, stunning rooms, wonderful food and thoughtful details make it a perfect choice for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Beautiful beachfront property with well-maintained gardens. Friendly and helpful staff provide excellent spa treatments. Breakfast is a delightful ala carte all-you-can-eat experience. The traditional Indonesian game gifted during New Year festivities brought back nostalgic childhood memories. A tranquil getaway to relax away from city noise.

Spent Easter weekend at this beautiful hotel and absolutely loved it! The location is perfect with stunning views of the beach. The staff were friendly and always accommodating, offering a delicious complimentary breakfast and providing effortless arrivals and departures. We enjoyed their beautiful pool and beach area, and also loved the clean and quiet room offered. Oh, and did I mention the complimentary food in the room? A great gesture!

The only negative aspect of our stay was the limited dinner venue options and slightly disappointing dinner fare. However, this was offset by the beautiful cocktails and wines offered.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise with exclusive amenities that cater to all of our needs. The service was excellent and the Spa and Wellness Centre was a highlight with an array of massage and beauty treatments to choose from. The Outdoor Swimming Pool was inviting with comfortable sun loungers for relaxing. The Library was vast and a pleasant place to unwind with a good book. Additionally, the restaurant and bar area served delicious food and drink options.

The live entertainment wasn't available during our stay. However, this was a minor issue as there were so many other things to enjoy on-site.

We loved everything about our stay, from the peaceful and beautiful surroundings to the excellent service provided by the friendly and attentive staff. The spacious and comfortable villa was stunning, with high-quality fittings and a beautiful view of the lake. The Apple TV and movies were a great addition, and the breakfast spread was exceptional, with a selection of delicious pastries and cooked breakfasts. The hotel facilities, including the amazing pool area and Thai restaurant serving Bangkok street cuisine, were exceptional.

We recently stayed at a phenomenal place in Bintan Island. The resort, Sanchaya, exceeded our expectations in every way. The service was beyond words, with the staff greeting us by our names and being incredibly kind and helpful. The food was superb, and the whole place felt like something out of a postcard. The rooms were comfortable and well-stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks. We even received a handwritten card from the owner, which made us feel truly special. our experience at Sanchaya was unforgettable and we can't wait to return for another occasion to celebrate.
